W.M.P.No.366 of 2023 in W.P.No.410 of 2023 W.M.P.No.366 of 2023 in W.P.No.410 of 2023 M.SUNDAR, J., This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP'].
2. Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original of an 'order dated 04.8.2022 bearing reference No.Na.Ka.1106/2022/Nava' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of convenience and clarity].
3. Mr.N.Umapathi, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner is before this Court.
4. Learned counsel for writ petitioner, adverting to the support affidavit submitted that writ petitioner has misplaced the original impugned order and hence copy of the same has been filed. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant paragraph of the support affidavit, which reads as follows:
'The petitioner has misplaced the original impugned order and hence the same could not be filed however the xerox copy of the same is being filed. The non-filing of the Page Nos.1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

5. The above reason qua dispense with prayer in captioned WMP is acceptable.
