2.Private notice taken to the respondent has been served and affidavit of service is also filed. Despite the name of the respondent has been printed in the cause-list, there is no representation for the respondent today, which shows that the respondent has got no serious objection in condoning the delay.
3.In view of the above, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
