Crl.M.P.No.252 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.62597 of 2023 M. NIRMAL KUMAR , J The petitioner is an accused in a case filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Against his conviction, he filed this revision with a delay of 5 days.

2.Private notice taken to the respondent has been served and affidavit of service is also filed. Despite the name of the respondent has been printed in the cause-list, there is no representation for the respondent today, which shows that the respondent has got no serious objection in condoning the delay.

3.In view of the above, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
