Memo filed which reads as follows:- " In the above case, the matter has been settled between the parties and this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to refund the court fee in favour of the appellants in the above appeal. 2. In view of the memo, the appeal suit is disposed of as settled between the parties. Consequently connected the miscellaneous petitions are closed, if any.

3. The full Court fee shall be refunded to the appellants in the manner provided under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu CourtFees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 and the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994 and there shall be no demand for additional Court fee.
