JUDGMENT

(This Appeal was taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing) The learned counsel on both sides submits that they have compromised the matter. The learned counsel for the appellants has sent an Email, dated 08.07.2020 attaching the Memo of Compromise entered into between the appellants and the respondents.

2. The said Compromise Memo was recorded in C.R.P. Nos.1312 and 1313 of 2006 by this Court. In view of the compromise, the learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal.
