Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Declaration, declaring the action of the respondents in treating the petitioners' lands in Survey No.513, to the extent of 1.46 cents in Ve1acherry Village, Saidapet Taluk, Chennai District as Government lands and consequently change of Patta bearing No.285 in favour of the Government is illegal and consequently direct the respondents to restore the patta in the name of the petitioners in respect of the above lands.
