This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18906 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21538 of 2022 on 15.12.2022 to report the PEW Nagapattinam Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the PEW Nagapattinam Police Station on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
