ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner on 18.12.2015 in C.No.1096/P4/DC/2015.

2. The petitioner herein has lodged a complaint with the second respondent police as against his son Pari stating that his son has forged the signature of the petitioner and colluded with the bank official of HDFC and withdrawn the money from his bank account. In this regard, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 18.12.2015. But, till date, no action has been taken on the said complaint. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that that on receipt of the complaint of the petitioner, C.No.1096/P4/DC/15 has been assigned and the matter is pending for enquiry.

5. In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 18.12.2015 in C.No.1096/P4/DC/2015 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as early as possible.

6. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
