When the Second Appeal is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the first appellant and the first respondent died. No steps have been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first appellant and the deceased first respondent. Hence the Second Appeal and C.M.P. are dismissed as abated as against the first appellant and the first respondent. No costs.
