ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed by the defacto complainant seeking to transfer FIR in Crime No.1112 of 2013 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent to the Inspector of Police, CB-CID, Chennai, or to any other agency. When the matter is called for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that pending the present petition, the respondent police has investigated the matter and after completion of investigation has also filed charge sheet before the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, which was also taken on file 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in C.C.No.2825 of 20109 and the case is pending for service of summons.

In view of th above submissions, nothing survives in this petition seeking transfer of the FIR and hence the same is dismissed as infructuous.

In view of the fact that the main case is dismissed as infurctuous, the above miscellaneous petitions for impleadment is hereby closed.
