This first appeal is filed to set aside the judgment and decree of the Principal District Judge, Puducherry dated 18.09.2014 in OS.No.115 of 2012.

When the matter was listed on 16.06.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. On that day, the Registry was directed to print the name of the respondent in the cause list and the matter was ordered to be listed on 18.06.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 18.06.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the appellant.

3. Therefore, the first appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
