This petition has been filed seeking a adirection to the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner in connection with complaint given by the defacto complainant pending on the file of Respondent Police.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.663 of 2024 and the same was closed.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is made clear that, since the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.
