O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register a case on the petitioner's complaint.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.Arul Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for S.Venkata Ramanan who is the opposite party.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that a petition enquiry is being conducted by the 2nd respondent on the complaint dated 04.02.2015 that has been given by the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite party submitted that the opposite party has given a complaint against the petitioner before the E-3 Teynampet Police Station.

5. As far as the allegations in the complaint dated 04.02.2015, it relates to a land matter. Learned counsel for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

opposite party submits that he has got all the records to show his innocence and that he is ready to produce the same before this Court.

6. Recording his submission, this Court directs the petitioner and the opposite party S.Venkata Ramanan to appear before the 2nd respondent police at 10.30a.m. on 18.06.2015, 19.06.2015 and 20.06.2015 for enquiry and produce all the documents before the 2nd respondent police. After completing the enquiry, the police may take appropriate action in accordance with law. During the enquiry, the opposite party should not be harassed.

7. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
