This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.12.2022 and take necessary action to remove the drainage stagnant before the petitioner's house.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation submitted that pursuant to the directions of this Court on 19.01.2023, the drainage stagnation in front of the petitioner's house has been removed. The learned counsel further submitted that the reason for such stagnation is only because of the petitioner as the petitioner has put up the chamber of the septic tank in front of her house without any permission from the authorities and necessary instructions has been issued to the petitioner to set right those mistakes.

3. Such view of the matter, no further orders is required in this writ petition and accordingly the writ petition is closed. No costs. 30.01.2023 Index : Yes / No : Yes / No kk To
