ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in the bail order dated 11.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.33994 of 2025, particularly the condition to report before the F-3 Arambakkam Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m. K.RAJASEKAR, J.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has only 26 days complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and thereafter not complied with.
3. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.33994 of 2025 dated 11.12.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six more weeks, and thereafter as and when required for investigation.
