It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already received the original documents and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No Costs.
