ORDER
This matter came up for consideration on 26.09.2024 and 21.10.2024 and the same was adjourned only at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner to get instructions from the petitioner.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inspite of his best approach, he is not able to reach the petitioner to get instructions and hence reported no instructions.
3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file appropriate application, in case, the petitioner intends to pursue this Writ Petition by filing appropriate application.
