ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.11.2025 for the alleged offence under Section 275 and 123 of BNS and 7(1) and 20(2) of the Cigarette and Other Tobacco Products Acts, 2003, in Crime No.1166 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Earlier bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed on 19.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.34954 of 2025 on the following reasons: "6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and also taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side); nature of allegation; investigation is still progressing; period of incarceration and also the fact that the petitioner is involved in five previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed."

3.Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
