This matter has been listed today under the caption "for being mentioned"at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this Court, vide order dated 24.01.2025, has modified the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31136 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024 and directed the petitioner to deposit the original title deeds of an immovable property not less than the value of Rs.5lakhs (stands in the name of the petitioner or their relatives or friends) to the credit of Crime No.7 of 2024. He further submitted that the petitioner is unable to deposit the original title deeds of an immovable property, however, without prejudice to his defence, he is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.5 lakhs to the credit of crime number. Hence, he prayed for a suitable direction.

3. In view of the above submission, the direction issued to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.996 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31136 of 2024 on 24.01.2025 in paragraph '3' is read as under :- "3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition 4[b] imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that "the petitioner, without prejudice to his defence before the trial Court, is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.7 of 2024 before the court concerned, at the time of furnishing sureties". The other conditions shall remain intact."

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue fresh copy of the order by 29.01.2025.
