This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Inspector of Police, Town police Station, Villupuram on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.15856 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.19986 of 2022 in Crime No.182 of 2022 dated 09.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing a final report and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
