This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25231 of 2022 on 01.12.2022 that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m until further orders and also report before the respondent police daily at 6.30 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on monthly twice i.e.

1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
