This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.23853 of 2022 dated 10.10.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
