2. The alleged detenue viz., Kayalvizhi, wife of the petitioner is secured and produced before this Court by respondents 1 and 2. The parents of the detenue, viz., the respondents 3 and 4 are also present before us.

3. On enquiry, the detenue said that she is a major, aged about 26 years and she expressed her willingness to go along with her parents.
