ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2016 and 23.02.208 in accordance with law and on its merits and pass orders on the same within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was working in the Respondent Department as Laboratory Assistant and thereafter, promoted as Assistant Agricultural Officer and retired from the service on 31.05.2015 and the petitioner entitled for stepping up of his pay with effect from 01.07.2007 on par with immediate junior and also entitled to increase in salary by 3% with effect from 01.04.2013, the same was not given to the petitioner. The petitioner made representations right from the year 2016 onwards and he made representation on 23.02.2018 to the respondent. However, till date the representation was not considered.

3.Without going into the merits of the case, I am inclined to issue direction to direct the respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consider the petitioner's representations and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
