This petition is filed to condone the delay of 189 days in filing the above said appeal.

2.Mr.M.J.Vijayaraghavan, the learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 189 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
