ORDER

After submitting representation dated 02.09.2024 and reminder dated 28.11.2025 for compensation in respect of mango trees and PVC pipelines in Survey No.288/1, the present writ petition was filed.

2. Mr.Abishek Murthy, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for both the respondents has provided evidence that order dated 20.02.2026 was issued disposing of the petitioner's representation.

3. In view of this development, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Leaving it open to the petitioner to assail the order dated 20.02.2026, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
