O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition to punish the respondents for disobeying the interim order dated 01.10.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16895 of 2018.

2. As against the direction passed by this Court, staying the transfer order, on behalf of the Management, a writ appeal has been filed. In the writ appeal, the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has interfered with the direction passed by this Court, on 26.03.2019 in W.A.Nos.986 & 995 of 2019. The present contempt petition has been filed on the basis of the violation of the interim order passed by this Court on 01.10.2018. Subsequently, the final order was also passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court on 24.10.2018.

3. In view of the above development and the order of the single Judge being varied by the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, notice of Non-bailable Warrant issued by this Court in the contempt petition need not be pursued any further and also the contempt petition need not be kept pending and therefore, the same is closed.

The Non-bailable Warrant issued is hereby recalled. Consequently, connected sub applications are also closed.
