The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.19667 of 2019 dated 20.08.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General assisted by learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, it is submitted on the side of the respondents that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.19667 of 2019 dated 20.08.2019 has been complied with, wherein necessary orders have been passed to regularise the service of the petitioner from the date of initial appointment, i.e., 01.08.2003 and as per the same, G.O.Ms.No.72 Environment, Climate Change & Forest (FR.2(i)) Department dated 01.04.2023 has been issued.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication and the present Contempt Petition is closed.
