This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.15965 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.24001 of 2024 dated 18.11.2024, passed by this Court to report before the Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act cases, Coimbatore on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and further investigation is completed and the charge sheet has also been filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.15965 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.24001 of 2024 dated 18.11.2024, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
