By consent of both parties, this Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider his representation dated 22.10.2018 and issue extract for Town Survey Land Register for T.S.No.73, Old S.No.506/1 Part, Velachery Village, Guindy Taluk in the name of Mr.B.Dakshinamoorthy, Mrs.Valliammal and Mrs.Usharani as per proceedings dated 22.09.2008 on the file of the second respondent.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 22.10.2018 to the third respondent seeking to rectify the error in the extract issued by him for T.S.No.73 Old S.No.506/1 part of Velachery Village, Guindy Taluk, Chennai and to issue fresh patta with correct particulars. But so far, no action has been taken by the third respondent. Hence this writ petition.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the persons interested in this regard and also affording them an opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
