Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent herein to pass orders upon the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 18.02.2015 against the order made by the second respondent in Mu.Mu.No.11/2014/A, dated 19.03.2014, within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to pass orders upon the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 18.02.2015 against the order made by the second respondent in Mu.Mu.No.11/2014/A, dated 19.03.2014, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent vide order dated 19.03.2014, granted patta in respect of the petitioner's land, in favour of the private 2/4

respondents and aggrieved by the same, the petitioner preferred appeal before the first respondent on 18.02.2015 itself, however, the same has not yet been disposed of. Hence, this Court may permit the petitioner to send a copy of the said appeal to the first respondent so as to enable the first respondent to consider the same and to pass orders and, issue direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal within a reasonable time frame. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader raise no serious objection.

4.Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case, permits the petitioner to send a copy of the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 18.02.2015 along with a copy of this order to the first respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the said appeal and dispose of the same after providing opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondents, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
