[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner, who is the father of the detenu by name Height Dinesh @ Dinesh Babu, challenges the impugned order of detention dated 14.12.2018 in order No.1137/BCDFGISSSV/2018, detaining the said detenu as "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2 (f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenue has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.446 Home, Prohibition & Excise (XIII) Department, dated 07.02.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order.
