Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S T.BALACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18914 of 2020 dated 18.12.2020 to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
