This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent Municipality to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2018.
2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner and his two brothers are the owners of the property bearing T.S.No.689/1, situated at West Car Street, Chidambaram. The petitioner has put up a three-storeyed building in the above said property. Now, the first respondent Municipality constructed a bus stop just in front of the petitioner's building thereby obstructing the building and also making the general public difficult to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
enter into the building and therefore the entire view of the building is covered. In the above circumstances, the petitioner made a representation on 11.09.2018 before the first respondent to remove the bus stop. But, so far no action has been taken by the first respondent. Hence, the present writ petition. 3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition and without going into merits of the case, the first respondent Municipality is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2018, and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
