2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mettur.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 4(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.31491 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Mettur on 04.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
