When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the second respondent police will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of two months.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the second respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.472 of 2024 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
