2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and perused the material available on record.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4.Ms.A.D.Banu Priya, Advocate, Enrolment No.5503/2021, 17/9, 3rd Main Road, East CIT Nagar, Nandanam, Chennai -600 035 (Cell No.6379382990) is appointed as the Advocate Commissioner to examine Mr.T.M.Nallathambi as De Bene Esse at his residence at No.B-48, Arcot Terrace, Ottagapalayam, Vadapalani, Chennai - 600 026 in the above suit.
