CRIME NO.17/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner on his release from prison shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further order in Crl.O.P.No.18510/2020 dated 14.12.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.SUBHA, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. T.SHANMUGA RAJESWARAN, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18510 of 2020, dated 14.12.2020, directing the petitioner on his release from prison shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition. Hence, he seeks for modification.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.
