CR NO.17/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify condition imposed upon the petitioner is directed to deposit the original title deeds of the immovable property worth Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) belongs to the petitioner/relatives/friends to the credit of Crime No.17 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.18510/2020 dated 14.02.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.SUBHA, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. T.SHANMUGA RAJESWARAN, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this criminal original petition.
