ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents police to Register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioners dated 16.03.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the accused has committed breach of contract. Under such circumstances, no positive direction could be given to the respondent to register a case. Hence, this petition is closed with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the liberty to the petitioners to workout their remedy in the manner known to law.
