ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 10(ii) that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m until further orders and 10(iv)

that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until the disposal of the appeal and if he is not able to appear before the trial Court on any day, he shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 Cr.P.C and shall appear as directed by the trial Court in suspension of sentence order granted to the petitioner on 27.11.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.12843 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1150 of 2024 in S.C.No.58 of 2022 on the file of the III Additional Sessions Judge, Puducherry in Cr.No.185 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. 3.

Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly, the order dated 27.11.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.12843 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1150 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month on the first working day at 10.30 a.

relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions remain unaltered. 30.01.2025 Anu To The Station House Officer Mudaliarpet Police Station, Puducherry.
