When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that earlier, the petitioner was granted bail and after coming out on bail, he did not comply with the condition, thereby, the respondent Police have moved the petition for cancellation of bail and pursuant to the same, the bail granted to the petitioner stands cancelled on 19.06.2024 and thereafter, the petitioner was arrested on 24.09.2024. He further submitted that the option available to the petitioner is only to challenge the order of cancellation of bail.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
