ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on his representation dated 29.01.2017 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to make corrections in the Patta Pass Book in S.F. No.496/2 and 4 at Kandiyan Koil, Thirupur South Taluk, Thirupur District, within a time frame.

2. Ms.V.Bhuvaneswari, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders, in accordance with law.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2017, after conducting enquiry, pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law,

within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
