Crl.O.P.No.3731 of 2026 has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.44 of 2025 pending on the file of the first respondent.

There is no representation for the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3731 of 2026 either in person or through counsel.

Though it is claimed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3731 of 2026 that the matter has been amicably settled, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3716 of 2026 submitted that the matter has not been compromised. He further submitted that though the accused has agreed to settle the matter, he has failed to pay the amount, as agreed. For the said reason, the petition has been filed seeking a direction to complete the investigation. 5.
