(Order of this Court was delivered by T.RAJA,J.) This petition is filed seeking an order to implead the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Small Industries Development Corporation Limited, Thiru.Vi.Ka. Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai 600 032 as the fourth respondent in W.P. No.31004 of 2019. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the second respondent has orally taken a stand before this Court that without impleading the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Small Industries Development Corporation Limited, Chennai, the writ petition cannot be taken up. To avoid any future objection, this petition has been filed seeking an order to implead the Tamil Nadu Small Industries Development Corporation Limited, Chennai as the fourth respondent in the writ petition.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the Administrative Director, SIDCO, Chennai is the second respondent in 1/3

the writ petition, the Managing Director, who is representing the Tamil 2/3

vga Nadu Small Industries Development Corporation Limited, Chennai, is the necessary and proper party to be impleaded as the fourth respondent in the writ petition.
