These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 124 days in filing the written statement of the first and second defendants in CS No.231 of 2021.

3. Even though learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff seeks time to file counter, this Court is satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications.

4. Accordingly, both the applications are allowed and the written statements filed by the defendants 1 and 2 are taken on file.
