This Contempt Petition is filed praying to punish the Respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 04.06.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.11603 of 2018.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was represented by the learned counsel on either side that, the order under contempt has been complied with. Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent produced a copy of the proceedings vide Letter No.LD3/11508/2018, dated 09.04.2022 issued by the Respondent, to that effect.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
