This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to reimburse the petitioner's claim amount of a sum of Rs.4,34,872/- along with interest @ 9% p.a. based on petitioner's application dated 06.10.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
