ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.25689 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25689 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every first Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
