This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16404 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15783 of 2023 to report appear before the trial Court i.e., the learned II Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai on alternate Mondays at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., till the completion of trial, apart from the Court hearing dates.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned II Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai, weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
