Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para 4 imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.6103 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13155/2020 dated 08.10.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. J.WIILLIAM SHAKESPERE, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition in para 4 imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.6103 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13155 of 2020 dated 08.10.2020.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6103 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13155 of 2020 dated 08.10.2020. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.6103 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13155 of 2020 dated 08.10.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
